Okay, i'm not saying i'm all for ana, but i love how those people look, it seems sick to some, but i just do. i ride my bike about 40 minutes a day. beakfast: toast lunch: a few crisps dinner: apple all about 200 calories. i do jumping jacks and crunches when i can. i'm 5 foot 8 and my weight goes from 108- 109.5 on average.. Best answer: 4 tins/jars of baby food a day with 4 litres of water lost 10lbs in a week then 5 lbs a week after that in total i lost around 40lbs in 7 weeks doing this. you must drink the water to drop the weight or u will end up retaining any water frm the baby food. also a good fast/detox is to drink 10 litres of water a day and no food for as long as you like..
Reading this i want to share something because i spent many many years going from diet to diet without experiencing any real results until i saw pams magic plan (google it). without a doubt the best weight loss that i have ever achieved and i have not put it back on to this day.. Ok,now,i need to lose weight as fast as possible,on skol days,i get up at 7:30 n go jogging for 30 mins then,when i get back i eat 2 pieces of toast n juice,theb i go n watch "the nanny n spend the rest of my morning on facebook until time for skol.then by the time i get back from skol i have no time for more exercise.i usually eat grilled chicked or fish for dinner n lunch but im not losing. I am 14 and live in a household with a lot of junk food. i try to diet, but i always cave in when my siblings are eating junk food and it is always a pain to make my own meals. i need help/ideas on ways to actually stick to a diet and yes i have tried letting myself eat one sweet per day, but it never works because i can never have just one. i also need some workout ideas..
