Thembi. hi..i need help i had a baby 4 months ago wt c section and i have lost weight too much nw i look like a 17yrs girl n this is stressing me because when i was pregnant my body was fit and okay…though i was slim before pregnancy bt i expected to gaon weight after birth as t z my first baby…please help is there anything i can take to. It’s only natural to want your flat stomach back after delivering your beautiful baby. but it’s important to approach your post-partum fitness routine with caution, especially if you’ve had a c-section.. I found a website with c section workout guidelines called whattoexpect. i’m one week pp and starting to follow the workouts. my dr said i should be cleared to start running again at 6 weeks but i’ve been working out 3-5 days a week my entire pregnancy..
