Third step to post baby weight loss – dedication. honestly, the hardest part about losing weight is just sticking to it. there are times when i felt so hungry i could have eaten cardboard. but i stuck with it, tweaked my diet along the way so i didn’t feel deprived, and came out the other side feeling great and looking better than i ever.
