Im 18 years old and have a 3 1/2 month old baby boy. im ready to lose the extra weight i gained in my pregnancy which is more than i should have gained and get back to normal body. i know that your suppose to eat healthy and exercise, but eat what, vegetables and no starches or hardly any sugars? and what kind of exercises, how much a day or week? can anyone give me advice from experince of. I gained a lot when i got pregnant, now i have been trying to loose it for 5 months...haven't lost a pound since i had him! my friend was telling me that you need to have 4 periods for the weight loss to really start. is this true? because since i got my iud i have only had one period.... Best answer: i gained almost 60 pounds. i was 126 when i got pregnant, 123-126 depending, and by the hight of my pregnancy i was 172 i think? after delivery i was down to 155, and after the first four months of breast feeding i was down to 140. iam 9 months after birth and down to 133. all i did was eat. Best answer: when i started losing the post baby weight i started walking. just make sure you get about 10 glasses of water a day and your milk production will stay up. also, eating lots of fruits and veggies is great for you but can cause gas. especially for babies with sensitive stomachs. you will know. Answers. at your weight and size you can safely go as low as 1200 calories a day. but, you need to break that up into 5-6 small meals. i gained 80 lbs during my pregnancy and 10 months later i have lost 55 of it and hate, hate, hate my body. i just got a sample of hoodia plus today in the mail, gonna see if it helps..
