I put my son with autism on a limited gluten free / dairy free diet and it changed our lives. a first hand account of using a limited diet for autism.. After being confined to health-food stores for years, gluten-free foods now show up everywhere. supermarket aisles abound with products proudly labeled “gluten free,” and many restaurants now offer gluten-free options.. I feel much better on a gluten-free diet. i don’t know why i have to keep testing myself on this theory though. my celiac panel came back negative and my doctor acted surprised when i told him i felt better sans gluten..
